You can change your details at any time in 'My account' which you can get to by clicking on the My account in the bottom right hand corner of the page. Once youre logged in, you can change your:

Just click on the relevant section of your account to change the details. Once youve updated them, remember to click Save.Any changes you make to your account will not affect the details of any orders youve already placed. It's worth checking your account every once in awhile just to make sure we have the right details for you.
It is not necessary to create an account in, but it's simple to do and allows you order easily without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You will also receive benefits such as order tracking,regular newsletters, and exclusive discount/promos and special offers. Most orders ship within 7-10 business days of purchase since they are all custom hand made.
Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.
If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add to your safe sender list.
You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare.
However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation.
If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

We never want to send you something that doesn't fit properly so we have size guides available on most of our product pages.
Just click on the 'Size Chart' button on each product page for measurements, fitting tips everything to make sure it fits perfectly and stays looking great.

We don't currently have the facility to let you know when an item is due back in stock. As we like to offer you new and exciting products regularly, we don't tend to restock a lot of our items again.

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery.If you need a product on a particular date be sure to place the order 2-3 weeks beforehand. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee varies between country to country which you have to pay upon arrival of the merchandise. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Yes, you can have items sent to someone as a gift .If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery address for your order.We do offer a gift wrapping service.

No,there are no hidden costs on items sold. Product prices are inclusive of GST and shipping charges and there is no hidden cost involved.
Our lead time for product shipment is 10 business days plus actual courier transit time to your city.
As per return policy products once sold cannot be returned back to us.However if there is any manufacturing defect our team will be contacting you towards replacement.

Firstly, you may need to delete your cookies - a cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are next time you visit us. On most internet browsers you can delete your cookies using 'Tools' or 'History'.Once you've cleared your cookies, close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again.
